Our Personal Training Sessions Focus On Functional Training And Postural Correction For Clients

Trainers choose movements for clients that increase flexibility and mobility while gaining strength and endurance. Each session is made custom for the client, addressing their particular needs. All trainers are bodyworkers as well, so if the client injures themselves before or during the session, the trainer is trained and able to work on the client’s injury and aid them in recovery.

Above all, the main goal is to have fun and reduce the client’s stress while providing the proper movements.

Personal Training

Small Group Personal Training Sessions have 2-4 people per group, and everyone has a workout that is custom to their needs. One gets a customized workout that fits their needs while working with a group of like-minded individuals.

One-on-one personal training sessions consist of the trainer and the client. The client will receive 100% of the trainer’s attention. One on One is recommended for clients new to working out, recovering from an injury, in need of “me time,” a busy lifestyle, and the need to choose the time of their session to fit their schedule.

Studio Owner + Health Coach

Tiffney Houston is a certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, 200 hr Yoga Certification, B.A. Business Tourism from Arizona State University she utilizes her wide variety of skills to help clients heal. She has been in the health and wellness industry for 12 years. At age 15 she 100+ overweight before taking a nutrition and weight lifting course in High School which changed her perspective on health. Within 5 years of changing her eating habits and exercise routine, she was down 165lbs. At Arizona State University she became a fitness instructor and became the Nike Trainer for Arizona State University. After graduation, she worked at State Farm for a few years and then made the leap to start her own health and wellness business and hasn’t looked back since. She has helped hundreds of clients become body-aware and make lasting changes in their lives.
