Our Personal Training Sessions Focus On Functional Training And Postural Correction For Clients

At Health and Healing Studios, personal training is about so much more than reps and sets. Our approach to corrective exercise is rooted in the belief that movement should feel good — that building strength, flexibility, and endurance works best when it starts with understanding your body, not pushing past it. Every session is customized to you, with trainers who are also trained bodyworkers, meaning if something flares up before or during your session, they have the knowledge and hands-on skills to address it right then and there. Our goal is always to meet you where you are, help you move with more ease and confidence, and yes — to have fun doing it.

One-on-One Personal Training

Sometimes you need space that is entirely your own. One-on-one sessions give you 100% of your trainer’s attention, a program built entirely around your goals and your body, and the flexibility to schedule on your terms. This is an especially good fit for:

  • Anyone recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition
  • People who want the focus and accountability of a dedicated session

Small Group Personal Training

Get the benefits of a customized workout in the energy of a small, supportive group. With just 2 to 4 people per session, everyone still receives a program tailored to their individual needs — you are not following a one-size-fits-all class plan. Small group training is a great way to stay motivated, enjoy the camaraderie of like-minded people, and make your wellness practice a little more fun.

Tiffney Houston

Studio Owner + Health Coach

Tiffney Houston is a certified personal trainer, certified group fitness instructor, 200 hr Yoga Certification, B.A. Business Tourism from Arizona State University she utilizes her wide variety of skills to help clients heal. She has been in the health and wellness industry for 12 years. At age 15 she 100+ overweight before taking a nutrition and weight lifting course in High School which changed her perspective on health. Within 5 years of changing her eating habits and exercise routine, she was down 165lbs. At Arizona State University she became a fitness instructor and became the Nike Trainer for Arizona State University. After graduation, she worked at State Farm for a few years and then made the leap to start her own health and wellness business and hasn’t looked back since. She has helped hundreds of clients become body-aware and make lasting changes in their lives.

Tatum Padilla

Personal Trainer and NKT Practitioner

Tatum has been in the health and wellness industry for five years. She has completely changed her lifestyle from being an overweight child to weighing 360 pounds in her 40s. At age 46, she decided to change her life by moving more and eating right for her body.

Nichole Ploughe

Personal Trainer and NKT Practitioner

Nichole is a stretch therapist who specializes in whole-body healing. Nichole first began stretch therapy to heal herself and her son and has been practicing for six years. Nichole practices fascial stretch therapy, NKT, primal movement therapy, nutrition coaching, and intuitive readings.
