Honestly? It depends — and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. The right way to eat is the one that works for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. That means taking into account your food sensitivities and allergies, your activity level, your hormones, any health conditions you are managing, and the very real demands of your daily life. What works beautifully for one person can leave another feeling depleted and frustrated.
What we can tell you is that most of our clients naturally drift toward a flexitarian approach — mostly whole foods with an emphasis on plants, and one meatless meal a day as a starting point. It is flexible, sustainable, and far less all-or-nothing than most diets out there. But even that is just a starting point. Our job is to get to know your body and build from there.
