Meditation Classes

At Health +Healing Studios, we offer a wide variety of mediation techniques ranging Yoga Nidra to Breathwork with everything in between. Sounding Healing, Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation are all geared toward helping clients drop in and be in the present moment, which reduces anxiety, inflammation, and depression in the body, to name a few.

Weekly Class Schedule

Yoga Nidra: Yoga Nidra uses a series of breath, body, and awareness techniques to induce a deep state of relaxation. The mind and body remain relaxed while your consciousness remains active. Please bring a pillow, blanket, mat or anything else you might need to get comfy.

Sound & Drum: Join Danny and Wendy to heal your mind and body. Starting with a drum circle then followed by Sound Healing which induces relaxation within the body and mind. It resets the central nervous system and massages internal organs through vibration. Suffering from insomnia, stress, anxiety and/ or depression this is for you!

Stretch It Out: This stretch class is for all levels. Come ready to stretch your entire body with healing, happy movements that will have you leaving the class feeling like gumby. You will gain flexibility, mobility and agility throughout your body while releasing mental stress throughout the body as well.

Join us for an enlightening and empowering Pelvic Floor Workshop designed to teach men & women about the importance of breathing, blood flow, & how important it is to your pelvic floor.
*This is an intimate area, we will talk about intimate things*
