Shamanic Services
At Health + Healing Studios our traditionally trained shamanic team strives to provide a profound transformative experience that intricately weaves together energy work, curandera practices, reiki, and the rich traditions of Shipibo and Navajo cultures. Each thoughtfully designed session is focused on restoring balance and promoting comprehensive healing across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions, frequently integrating sacred plant medicines such as ceremonial hape, mapacho, or sage to enhance the healing process. Clients can expect a holistic approach that nurtures their overall well-being while fostering a deep sense of inner peace and authentic connection to their true selves.
Sacred Smoke
In shamanic healing, sacred smoke is used as a powerful tool for energetic cleansing, protection, and spiritual connection. Plants like palo santo, mapacho, and sage each carry their own unique spirit and medicinal qualities. Palo santo, often called “holy wood,” brings in sweetness, peace, and clarity; sage is traditionally used to purify spaces and release stagnant or negative energy; and mapacho, a potent jungle tobacco, is revered for grounding, protection, and connecting to ancestral wisdom. The smoke from these plants is gently blown over the body or into the space to clear energetic blockages, realign the spirit, and call in supportive energies, setting the stage for deeper healing and transformation.
Sacred Sound
Icaros are sacred healing songs traditionally sung by Indigenous shamans during plant medicine ceremonies. These vibrational medicines are believed to be taught directly by the plants themselves and are used to guide energy, protect the space, and support emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. Alongside icaros, other sounds—such as drumming, rattles, tuning forks, singing bowls, and vocal toning—are used to shift frequencies within the body, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance to the nervous system. Sound acts as a bridge between the physical and the spiritual, creating a deeply immersive and transformative environment for healing to unfold.
Sacred Herbs
Hapé ceremonies are sacred rituals rooted in the wisdom of Indigenous Amazonian tribes, where a powerful blend of finely ground medicinal tobacco and other healing plants is administered through the nose. This practice is used to cleanse the energetic field, ground the body, clear mental fog, and open a deeper connection to spirit. Often accompanied by intention setting, prayer, or breathwork, Hapé helps release stagnant emotions, realign the nervous system, and invite a deeper sense of clarity and peace. These ceremonies are held with deep respect for the medicine and its cultural lineage, offering a space for healing, presence, and transformation.

Simon Q.
Tiffney’s private 1 on 1 vinyasa flow session has been transformative for me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Tiffney meets you where you are to build you up to where you want to be by listening to your body and creating flows that work for you. I am now able to bend forward without any pain in my back, and I can actually move fluidly in my flow. Not to mention, it’s the only time of the day that my mind goes completely blank and clear, which is priceless.

Can I Do Breath Work If I Am Pregnant?
No, you can not do active breath work as it creates an intense emotional awakening within the body that can cause an emotional disturbance for the baby. You can do circular breathing, a slow, full breath that will relax your body. It is actually recommended that this breath is learned when pregnant to help with contractions, pain, and relaxation.
